An anime image generator that lives in a chat

Most anime art generators are websites with a style dropdown and a queue. Here the whole thing happens in Telegram, on your phone or desktop, and the style is whatever you write. “Modern anime film background, soft cel shading” and ”90s OVA, visible film grain, hard shadows” are two different sentences, not two different apps, and you can mix in anything else: a character design, a setting, a mood, a colour palette, a camera angle.

How to generate anime in Telegram

1. Open the bot in Telegram and press Start.

3. Choose Seedream in the model menu, and the aspect ratio you want: 1:1 for an avatar, 9:16 for a phone wallpaper, 16:9 or 21:9 for a desktop.
4. Send your prompt as a normal message. The anime image comes back into the chat.

Not quite right? Reply to the result with the correction (“make the sky darker”, “give her a red jacket instead”) and the bot edits its own output. Converging on an image beats rolling a new one every time.

Anime avatar (the profile picture):

The pattern is the same in all three: first the subject and the scene, then one or two sentences of style. Keep the style half and swap the subject, and you get a consistent set. The art styles category in the prompts library has more directions to borrow from.

Anime avatar generator

An anime avatar is the most common thing people make here, and it needs only three things in the prompt that a scene does not:

• A head and shoulders frame, so the face fills the circle instead of shrinking to a dot.
• A centered composition and a plain background, since the round crop cuts the corners off anyway.
• The 1:1 aspect ratio, picked in the menu before you send.

To make an anime avatar of yourself rather than of an invented character, attach a selfie to the same message and add “keep my facial features and hairstyle recognisable” to the prompt. Which model to pick for anime

• Seedream is the one to start with. It is the stylized specialist, runs at 2K to 4K for 2 to 4 credits, follows loose creative prompts well, and is one of the two models in the bot with 21:9 (Qwen3 is the other).
• NanoBanana Pro holds a crowded scene together best: several characters, a detailed city, a specific pose. It costs more, 4 to 5 credits.
• GPT-Image-2 is the cheapest at 1 credit and the one to use when the image needs legible text, a title card, a speech bubble or a shop sign.
• Qwen3 handles a long, detailed brief and lettering, useful for a manga-style poster with a title.

What it costs

Tips for better anime images

• Name the era. “Modern anime film”, ”90s cel animation” and ”80s OVA” each pull a recognisably different look, and they work better than naming a specific studio.
• Describe the linework and shading. “Clean linework, cel shading” gives the flat, crisp anime look. Leave it out and the result drifts toward semi-realistic digital painting.
• Give the background a sentence of its own. Anime is as much about the setting as the character, and a prompt that only describes the character gets a generic backdrop.
• Keep text out unless you need it. Signs and screens in the background can come out as almost-letters, as in the rooftop example. If you need real text, say exactly what it should read, or switch to GPT-Image-2.

Animate your anime image

A still is often only half of what you want: the hair should lift in the wind, the city lights below the rooftop should flicker, the fox spirit’s tails should glow and sway. The photo costs nothing extra, only the seconds of video are billed.

Two things help. Describe the motion rather than the picture, since the model can already see the frame (“slow push in, scarf moving in the wind, clouds drifting behind her”, not “a girl on a rooftop”).
