Photo to Anime in Telegram

What “photo to anime” means here

There is no one-tap anime filter with a fixed look. The bot restyles the photo you attach according to the prompt you write, which is slower to explain and far more useful in practice: you choose the era, the line weight, the palette and the mood, and you can keep asking for corrections until it lands. A 90s cel-animation look and a modern soft-shaded look are two different sentences, not two different apps.

Because it works from your actual photo, the pose, the framing, the outfit and the background all carry over. That is what makes the result read as you in anime rather than as a generic anime character.

Turning a photo into anime, step by step

1. Open the bot in Telegram and press Start.

4. Attach the photo and write the style as the caption of that same message. They must be sent together. A photo alone, or a prompt in a second message, will not be paired.

Anime prompts to paste

Redraw the attached photo as a modern anime illustration. Clean confident linework, cel shading with soft gradients, warm daylight palette, large expressive eyes. Keep the pose, outfit and facial features recognisable.

Redraw the attached photo in a 1990s cel-animation anime style. Visible grain, slightly muted colour film palette, hand-painted background, hard shadow edges. Keep the subject and composition recognisable.

Redraw the attached photo as a soft watercolour anime scene. Delicate outlines, pastel palette, gentle bloom on the highlights, dreamy background wash. Keep the subject recognisable.

Which model to pick

• Seedream is the default for this. It is the stylized specialist, runs from 2K to 4K at 2 to 4 credits, and is the only model here with ultrawide 21:9 if you want the anime version as a desktop wallpaper.
• NanoBanana Pro is the fallback for busy photos with several people or a complicated background, where holding the scene together matters more than the flourish.
• GPT-Image-2 is the cheapest at 1 credit and the one to use if the anime frame needs legible text in it, a speech bubble or a sign.

Worth knowing before you start

Anime is a simplification, so fine detail in the source is what gets lost first: jewellery, small logos, background text and the exact shape of a smile. The likeness holds best from a sharp, evenly lit photo taken more or less head on. If the first result strays too far, reply to it with the specific correction, since the bot re-edits its own output and converging beats regenerating.
